Manual sewing is another way of manufacturing brushes, when the brush body is not of standard shape, and its bristles must be specially adapted. In addition, the brush is sewn where the required bristle height is higher than that attainable using a machine, or when a brush of extra hight, non-standard strength is required.
On round brushes with steel or stainless steel fibers, manual sewing greatly strengthens the brush, and enhances the quality of the work performed with it. The brush block may be adapted to match customer requirements.
